Since the beginning of 2000, the notary office Dahterov has been situated in Sofia, bul. “Tzarigradsko shoes” № 5B, in close proximity to Orlov Most square.We offer all types of notarial certificates. The most commonly sought are certification of signatures for proxies, declarations, transcripts, notary letters of invitation, deals involving vehicles and real estate, testaments and protocols.
Our office is separated into two departments. Upon entry to the office, you will be greeted by the team responsible for the certification of proxies, declarations, vehicle contracts, letters of invitation and others. The second part of the office is responsible for the organization, preparation, conveyancing completion and processing of deals involving real estate, testaments, circumstance inspections and protocols.
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with the exception of official public holidays. Booking an appointment in advance is required if You wish to have a visit and notarial certification at a specific place, consultation with the Notary for deals involving real estate, and also for the conveyancing completion of those deals. For the other notarial services we offer, please visit us at any time convenient for You, during the working hours of the office.

Services
Real estate deals
Conveyancing of deals involving real estate is done only for real estate in the area of Sofia city. Booking an appointment for consultation in advance is recommended. Ownership documents should be presented, in order for the specific requirements of the law to be identified and agree upon the exact date and hour of the conveyancing completion.
Vehicle deals
The most common vehicle is the automobile – cars and trucks, but we also offer certification of signature for contracts for other vehicles, such as motorbikes, motorcycle, vessels, industrial machines, trailers and others.
Proxies
The proxy is one of the most commonly certified document in a notary office. This document provides the ability to the authorizer to act remotely, through a another trusted person.
Declarations
Signatures under declarations are certified on a daily basis in the notary office. Usually, those declarations cover the presence of various circumstances or Your agreement for a specific action.
Transcripts
Certification of the validity of a transcript can be processed for an official or a private document, and also for excerpts of such documents.
Notary letters of invitation
Our notary office offers certification and servicing of letters of invitation. The applicant has to provide the invitation in three identical copies. After that the letter of invitation will be services. The notary marks the invitation as serviced.
Testaments
A testament is a deal in case of death. The most common type of testament is the hand-written one. Two witnesses are present in the preparation of the testament.
Circumstance inspections
Circumstance inspections are processed when there is no present document for ownership or the existing ones do not encompass the full property.

The service is offered only on the territory of Sofia city, after a booked in advance appointment.
